Founded in 1st September 1969 by Datuk Soon Kim Hok, JP and Datin Hoe Geok Huah, KEDAI MUZIK SOON KIM HOK has established itself as the foremost retailer of music products throughout Malacca, Malaysia.
Both are musicians, one being a Saxophone Player, and Datin Hoe Geok Huah being a Chinese Traditional Instruments Player, KEDAI MUZIK SOON KIM HOK has always been recognised as a “Western and Eastern Musical Marriage Made In Heaven”!
From first renting a small shop in 1969, KEDAI MUZIK SOON KIM HOK acquired its own 3-storey building in late 1970s. Running by two generations, it is now the largest family-owned musical instruments retailer in Malacca.
Moving into new era, KEDAI MUZIK SOON KIM HOK has identified and capitalised on market trends in the music industry, moved and expanded into various segments of the music business ~ SKH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS STORE, SKH SOUND & LIGHT and SKH MUSIC CLINIC.
